Dr. Cole MurbachDr. Murbach was born and raised in Windermere, FL. He earned a bachelor’s degree in microbiology with a biomedicine concentration and a minor in business administration from Clemson University. He returned to Florida where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.

Dr. Murbach then completed his surgical training at the world-renowned Texas Medical Center in Houston. During his six-year residency, Dr. Murbach obtained his medical degree at McGovern Medical School and received a two-year certificate in General Surgery. He trained at Memorial Hermann Hospital, the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Houston Methodist, Ben Taub General, Lyndon B. Johnson Harris County Hospital, and Shriners Children’s Hospital. Dr. Murbach is trained in the full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery.

He is a board-certified oral surgeon and is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, and the Florida Dental Association. He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

In his free time, Dr. Murbach enjoys spending time with his wife, who is a dentist from Hernando County. He has a goldendoodle named Maisy and a cat named Bella. Dr. Murbach loves running and spending time outdoors. He is an avid sports fan and can be found cheering on the Clemson Tigers and Florida Gators yearround. Dr. Murbach is excited to be a part of the Oral-Facial Surgical Associates team and to provide compassionate and personalized care to every patient.
