I loved that the Dr Jim explained everthing in depth and took the time to understand what I was going through. Dr Jim's assistant was wonderful as well explaining what she was doing and answered a few questions I had. I loved that a member at this staff called after my procedudre making sure I was okay. Then to top it off Dr. Jim before the office closed to also make sure I was doing good. In my opinion this is above and beyond.

As a snowbird having needed to get a cracked tooth extracted can be difficult when you are from out of state (New Castle, Pa, North, of Pittsburgh! Pa, Steeler fan). Fortunate I was able to get an appointment with Oral-facial surgical associates. Upon entering I was greeted and immediately felt at ease as I knew this would be a very easy and great experience with my problem. An assistant led me to the dental chair and immediately Dr.Kaltman greeted me and we talked about being from the same area. Again, I felt totally at ease with the extraction that was to take place. The extraction was very easy and I a happy camper to get the tooth out. I would see Dr. kaltman and his wonderful staff again with no hessistation. Thank you Dr. Kaltman and all the wonderful people I met today that helped me with my dental problem. Definitely a five star oral surgeon and his staff!
