Many people are very apprehensive when going to a Dentist - I too get that way sometimes but I have to tell you that my experience with Dr. Haspel and the staff was above and beyond my expectations...I had three teeth extracted on 6/16 and I can honestly say that after the anesthesia wore off I had no pain - that's right I said no pain or swelling at any of the extraction sites - I could not believe it -Hats off to Dr. Haspel and the staff - All of you should be very proud - you provide exceptional service to your patients. Keep up the good work. If anyone I know needs an oral surgeon your office will be the only one I mention. Thanks to all of you - See you on 7/14.

As an emergency fill-in patient I was treated so well.. After a parking lot fall it was found that I had cracked a molar that needed to be extracted.. Dr. Maxson referred me to Dr. Strauss.. Historically, I am a very nervous dental patient.. This office, the front office, the assistants in the back, and Dr. S. Strauss could not have been kinder or more supportive.. Thank you all so much! Some jaw ache now at 6PM, but sipping ice water.. Maybe some soup later.. One question for Beth in billing.. When I gave you my credit card for the payment I assumed it would all be covered at once.. I don't understand the $179 balance.. I hoped to pay the bill in full right away.. Please advise! Thanks to you all for a great experience, when I expected the worst! Barbara Greiner
