The only thing that I can think of is to better adhere to the scheduled appointment times. I realize that some medical procedures might encounter unexpected issues but patients should not have to wait 45-1 hour from their scheduled appointment times. I would still recommend this office for dental surgeries because of their professional staff and Dr. Sorrell Strauss - love him, so great at putting the patient at ease and explaining what needs to be done. Thank you everyone!

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Sorrell Strauss. Each experience has been positive. His knowledge, skill, and sense of humor put me at ease. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is deciding on where to go for a visit. I recently went in for 3 Wesson teeth extractions. I normally have a hard time anywhere I go with them trying to find a vein for the IV to put me to sleep. Needless to say, I’ve had some traumatizing experiences, but visiting Dr. Strauss for a consultation, eased my mind completely. He is so knowledgeable and friendly as well as the entire staff. Dr Strauss was able to find a vein for the sedation the very first time instead of having to try over and over like at other places I’ve been to. The whole procedure was very quick and painless. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! HIGHLY recommend this dentist for anyone in the future
