Frankly, I can't think of anything that needs improvement. My experience with your office staff and Dr. Kaltman was absolutely flawless. From the time I walked in to the actual tooth extraction to walking out. Everything went perfectly smooth.

I truely don't thnk you have to improve- you are at the top already! I even came early because i had to drive from Palm Beach Gardens- they took me right away- their staff prepped me for the procedure, and shortly thereafter Dr. Haspel came in and discussed the procedure again.
