Dr. James Strauss has a very calming and gentle demeanor that helps ease any anxiety. He answers all your questions and explains everything and offers you advice if you want it. It was also nice to receive a call from him later that evening to check on my progress after having oral surgery that day. Thank you Dr Strauss and thank you to your wonderful staff!

Highly recommend. Probably improvement on checking if the office is in network with patient insurance before the patient come in for their consultation. But you did fix it the same day so I’m happy for that.

Dr. Green is a fabulous oral surgeon. He is informative, kind, thorough, trustworthy and does a wonderful job at what he does! His assistants Heather and Paige are also very friendly and helpful. Dr. Strauss was very knowledgeable and so friendly. He put me at ease right away. He cared about my comfort and explained what he was doing all through the procedure. Can't say enough good things about him. The dental assistants were amazing. Put me at ease immediately. One of them recognized me from another practice and made me feel right at "home". The office staff were able to confirm my insurance while I was there and made the adjustment right away. All in all, from start to finish was amazing.

My daughter was well taken care of from start to finish! We were taken back for her appointment for a tooth extraction very quickly and were in the car on the way home within the hour. Healing went very well and she is happy with how everything went as well. Everyone from the office staff to the doctor were exceptional in their care and understanding throughout the whole process.
