Our 4 year old son had a frenectomy done last Wednesday in the Gatlin office by Dr Kate and her amazing staff. As we all know, going to the dentist can be very stressful especially when it's about your baby, but the comfort and support that we received put us at ease, the way Dr. Kate and her staff interacted with our son, the compassion, the love that they showed was beyond amazing, Taylor and Shannon were phenomenal, Dr Kate and her two wonderful assistants kept on checking on us throughout the whole process, they explained every step. My favorite part was how they all were involved, which showed us how they care, and made myself and my wife feel comfortable, they even gave our son a gift bag full of toys, books, snacks, and a letter of encouraging words dedicated to my son, he looks at it everyday, smiling, and says "Dr. Kate" every time. It's the impact you guys made on him, how you made him feel that makes it so valuable, they call to check on him almost everyday, Shaniqua, the treatment coordinator texted to check on my son. This team is amazing. Overall, we felt like family-I can't be thankful enough for this amazing experience, they are the best and I highly, highly trust and recommend this practice. Dr Kate is great with kids. Thank you so much to all of you.

Everything went wonderful. Starting the process leading to the surgery I was dealing with Shaniqua which was an absolute pleasure. She answered all my questions got back to me right away and made the whole process smooth. So kind and patient. At time of surgery being prepped I was made to feel comfortable everyone was great. Dr. Vorwald was excellent. She made sure I understood every step of the surgery and also was kind and took her time. Overall I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know who may need it.

I have just completed treatment after being a patient for about three years. OFSA are really wonderful people. I was an unintentionally difficult patient as my body kept rejecting the implants. Dr Kaltman was very patient, knowledgeable and kind throughout the process. The staff was the same and very compassionate . Dr K and staff made me feel at ease every step of the process. Doctor Kaltman and the ladies in his office are like no other health care providers I’ve ever encountered-they genuinely care for their patients. I’m grateful to them because now I may finally have the opportunity to have TEETH!!🩷🩷 Thank you all!

I am a physician and I have high standards regarding myself and any colleague delivering health care . I can honestly say I am so impressed with this practice and more specifically with Dr Vorwald . She performed an extraction of one of my upper molars which can be very complicated given its proximity to anatomical structures adjacent to this region . Dr Vorwald explained all aspects of this procedure , risks, benefits and alternatives in detail . She was not only respectful and informative but very down to earth and clearly a caring person . She is bright, confident and well trained . Dr. Vorwald did simultaneous training at Medical and Dental school. Six years more education after receiving a college degree. Wow! One of these graduate programs is difficult enough. I chose to have anesthesia ( propofol) as opposed to injections to numb the area while the extraction occurred . You are given a choice and your personal preferences are taken into consideration as well as the additional cost that may occur . This all occurs seamlessly at the facility that is most convenient for you . Being a chicken I chose to be knocked out, awoken and wife drove me home . Ok, here’s the shocker . I experienced absolutely NO PAIN! Day 3 is usually when pain peaks but let me state this again folks . NO PAIN!! Three days after the extraction the office staff called me to see how I was doing . When I told them this I think they thought they had a bad connection. I repeated myself . Pause . Maybe they thought the propofol never wore off . Just kidding . I went for follow up one week later and I think Dr. V was even surprised. All of the staff have been incredible from first phone call to today’s one week visit . Shaniqua is so sweet . She is part of the team and her smiling face greets you at one point and it epitomizes the overall atmosphere in this office . I cannot tolerate office drama and my practice has by design been just like this one . Peaceful and welcoming. My first introduction to Oral- Facial Surgical Associates was in around 1993 when I needed a tiny benign mass removed from my tongue . Senior partner and founder Dr. Sorrell Strauss performed this procedure perfectly . He was kind, amusing , fast and excellent to have as my oral surgeon. He is still practicing and full of energy . Go no further. I give this practice and Dr. Vorwald 5 out of 5 stars !!!!
