I've already said it but this is the best, most awesome place to go to get any kind of work done..a single implant to a full mouth reconstruction like me!! OFSA, Dr.Strauss & his whole team are the very best you'll find!! Anything you need...they can do it!! He found a way to let me have implants when everyone else was saying no or if they could...it would cost me an extra $20,000 but OFSA took care of me without any extra charges or anything...theres no question...Dr Strauss & his group are the very very BEST!! ️

I had a great experience with Dr. Green and his team Paige and Hunter! Everyone was extremely kind, friendly and professional. I’m so grateful for them and with my wisdom teeth extraction. Paige called me later on to see how I was doing. So sweet. Thank you guys for everything!

I felt very well cared for and less nervous than expected. I had far less pain in the surgical sites than expected. The only thing I can think of for improvement would be perhaps a recommendation for physical therapy/chiropractic care following the surgery to help with jaw, neck, and head tension during recovery. I knew to do this, and it really helped, but I wondered if other patients would understand that this would be a helpful part of recovery.
