I recently had a BIG tooth extracted by Dr. Klatman. I have a huge fear of dental work and absolutely no tolerance for pain. Dr. Klatman gives a great shot (and not all dentists do) and I didn't feel a thing. He and his assistant Alexis were so kind and patient. That means a lot when you are scared. My extraction was a little harder than most because the tooth cracked in half but Dr. Klatman made it seem as easy as pie. I had no problems during or after the extraction and I would recommend this practice, and Dr. Klatman specifically, to everyone.

After a botched procedure for a root canal from Great Smiles Dental, I spent 5 hours at the emergency room and was referred to Dr Haspel for immediate care. I can't say enough about my positive experience at his office. I've been to numerous medical offices but have never received such personable, professional and top-notch care. Everyone was so kind and helpful in resolving my pain and tooth issue. From your front office, to the personable interaction with Crissy and your Surgical Asst., all my questions were addressed and answered. Your team is a reflection of your excellent care, Dr Haspel! I had oral surgery with Dr Jim Strauss from the first day I knew this was the Dr to do my implant I had 2 other consultations with other oral surgeons but from the time I walked in the office the staff was so helpful knowing I had anxiety they took care of everything I want to thank Vanessa Meghan and mikayla for helping me through everything you are so professional and caring now Dr Jim you were so reassuring that all my fears went away the day of the implant I had no pain didn’t even need meds you have a gentle hand as well as a gentle disposition I Thankyou and your staff for everything you are the man and I will highly recommend your services to anyone I stand behind you 100 percent

I WAS VERY CONSERNED ABOUT MY IMPLANT SURGERY AND THE PAIN INVOLVED, ESPECIALLY BEING MY 3 FRONT TEETH. DR HASPEL ASSURED ME MY IMPLANT SURGERY WOULD BE FINE AND THE PAIN WOULD BE MINAMAL WHEN WE FIRST DISCUSSED HOW THE PROCEDURE WAS GOING TO BE PERFORMED. I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED WHEN I WOKE UP AFTER SURGERY TO DISCOVER ONLY A LITTLE DISCOMFORT AND A LITTLE SORNESS. THANK YOU AND YOUR STAFF DR. HASPEL.I DIDNT DOUBT YOU BUT WAS A BIT SURPRISED THAT I ONLY HAD A LITTLE SORNESS INSTEASD OF PAIN I'M NOW LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT STEP OF MY PROCEDURE TO COMPLETE MY UPGRADE.
