Dr. James E Strauss was amazing, kind, caring, and patient. Dr. James E Strauss went over my X-Rays with me, he explained my procedure with me, what oral surgery that he would be doing for me, and he also explained to me what my after care would be. Katie was also amazing as well and she was extremely helpful. I was very anxious about my procedure and Katie along with Dr. James E Strauss both helped to calm me down and kept me calm. Dr. James E Strauss and Katie are excellent and I will refer them and definitely come back if I need them in the future for my myself or my family.

Everything was wonderful, from scheduling through the procedure! I couldn’t ask for any improvements. Felt like we got the “Royal” treatment as always!

Overall the experience was as good. The thought of going to the dentist gives me anxiety, but visiting Dr. Strauss lessened my fears.

The only issue I had with the staff was that it was taking a while for them to start the procedure. Other than that, I can't really think of any improvements, as they seem good enough.

Scheduling was super easy and was able to get an appointment the same week that I called. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Green was amazing and made the process of getting my two wisdom teeth removed easier than I thought it was going to be! I was well informed about what was going to happen and the care process after the procedure. I am very satisfied with my experience and would suggest this office to anyone that is looking for great dental work.
