I was genuinely please at my initial consultation at the higher level of interest and care Dr. Strauss expressed, after visiting 3 other dentists to discuss the same concerns. I did not hesitate to employ him to extract two teeth in preparation for him to create dental implants in their place. I had mentally prepared myself for a difficult two days after the extraction for pain and agony and was so surprised to feel little more than a sore jaw the morning after the extractions. There was no pain involved in the extractions. I was practically normal the following day having no post-operative bleeding and no need for any pain medication. I absolutely made the right choice in choosing Dr. Strauss and his team to do this procedure.

Not sure how you can improve. This is the second time I've gone to Dr Strauss's office for an implant. The office staff is just so welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr Strauss just puts you at ease.

As a "first-timer," initially, I was pleased by the friendly, courteous, accommodating staff. The elder Dr. Strauss's immediate effort to establish a friendly relationship with me by noting the closeness of our chronological ages, "early ancient"-my label, not his, immediately invited a sense of "connection," as fellow human beings, despite the difference in our education levels/professional qualifications, as well as his "no pressure" explanation of choices eventually available to me. I was particularly pleased with the accuracy with which my experience matched the description Dr. S predicted, especially upon hearing gentle voices inviting me to further awaken. I remain grateful for the years of study/practice/caring concern the high-level expertise and courtesy I experienced reflects. My discomfort in facing the unknown was quickly replaced by the confident trust that I was in the hands of caring expertise.
