Not sure how you can improve. This is the second time I've gone to Dr Strauss's office for an implant. The office staff is just so welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr Strauss just puts you at ease.

As a "first-timer," initially, I was pleased by the friendly, courteous, accommodating staff. The elder Dr. Strauss's immediate effort to establish a friendly relationship with me by noting the closeness of our chronological ages, "early ancient"-my label, not his, immediately invited a sense of "connection," as fellow human beings, despite the difference in our education levels/professional qualifications, as well as his "no pressure" explanation of choices eventually available to me. I was particularly pleased with the accuracy with which my experience matched the description Dr. S predicted, especially upon hearing gentle voices inviting me to further awaken. I remain grateful for the years of study/practice/caring concern the high-level expertise and courtesy I experienced reflects. My discomfort in facing the unknown was quickly replaced by the confident trust that I was in the hands of caring expertise.

O.F.S.A. are nothing short of amazing, They made everything easy and smooth from walking in to set up appointment to wheeling me out to my ride They make you feel very comfortable. Take a bow, you guys do a great job!! I just can't say enough.

Based on my visits to your office and teeth removal as prep for implants, you can't. Reception was efficient and friendly and the nursing staff were friendly and knew what they were doing and eager to assist one another. Dr. Haspel left me with little pain the first evening and so far no pain on day two morning. He could even enjoy a second career as a phlebotomist!!!No marks at the intravenous sight. Thanks to all of you

I was referred to this office and to Jordan Kaltman specifically for a tooth extraction with bone graft for a future implant. Everything went very smoothly and I have healed perfectly so far. Very impressed with Dr. Kaltman and his staff. Felt I was well prepared before and after the surgery by Dr. & staff. I would definitely refer friends and family to this practice.

Where do I start? From my excessive phone calls asking the same questions, which the girls never made me feel like I was bothering them, to my actual appointment, this place is hands down THE BEST! To say I have a phobia of dental work is putting it mildly. It took 6 months to make the initial phone call and medication to get me there. If there was a door in my procedure room, I would have surely snuck out! (Kudos to the entertainment in the waiting room too, even though I wasn't there long!) Let's face it, nobody wants a biopsy on their gums, but if it has to be done, this is the place to go!! Dr Kaltman and the girls that had to put up with me that day are saints! I talk incessantly when I'm nervous and they were nothing but professional, understanding and caring. I was put out for the procedure and when I came to, I was in no pain (just SUPER tired) So I made it much worse on myself than needed to be. One of the girls called me the next day to check up on me, which I appreciated because with all my anxiety the day before, I had forgotten almost everything we spoke about. If I could give them 20 stars it wouldn't be enough. Thank you so much Dr Kaltman and girls- YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!
