The email and text reminders were great. Your staff was awesome. i would suggest telling the patient (even if they are 16 years old) the after care procedures (what not to eat, gentle swishing with salt water for a few days, and ice packs on and off for the first 24 hours). I know you told me the parent after wards and it is printed on the "care" sheet, but i think it may help the patient to hear it prior to the surgery too(for audio learners).

The removal of wisdom teeth is never a fun thing to go through. But I'm very happy I went to Dr Strauss.

I noticed some patients were questioned about finances and their ability to pay in the main and only waiting room. These questions are personal and should be discussed discreetly and in a private area.

MY DENTIST DID NOT WANT TO PULL MY TOOTH BECAUSE IT HAD BROKE OFF AT THE GUM LINE, SO HE ADVISED THAT I SHOULD GO TO A ORAL -FACIAL SURGICAL/DENTAL IMPLANT CENTER. I MADE MY APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED ON TIME. I WAS WELCOMED BY A SMILING YOUNG LADY. SHE TOOK MY INFO AND I WAITED TO GO BACK TO HAVE THE TOOTH PULLED. AFTER WAITING A FEW SECONDS I WAS TAKEN TO A ROOM FOR THE TOOTH TO BE REMOVED. DR. STRAUSS ADVISED THAT I SHOULD BE PUT TO SLEEP BECAUSE THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM REMOVING THE TOOTH. I ASKED DR. J. STRAUSS TO TRY AND REMOVE THE TOOTH WITHOUT PUTTING ME TO SLEEP. DR. J. STRAUSS REMOVED THE TOOTH WITHOUT ANY PAIN AND NO STRESS ON ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST AND HIS STAFF. NOTE: THE OFFICE,WAITING ROOM AND ROOM I WAS IN ARE VERY CLEAN.
