That's a tuff one. Not sure you could improve. Once my insurance and everything was done and a chat with the doc completed, everyone went to town and got it done. Looking forward to pain free living. That tooth was a thorn in my side for way too long! Thank you all soooo much.

My son had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled in less than an hour. The process was professional and the Dr and staff careing. Very impressed that the Dr called later in the day to check on him. My son had very little pain and was back to his regular schedule a day later. Very highly recommended practice.

The entire process I experienced was first class. Scheduling was prompt and flexible. Wait times were minimal. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable, and caring. Instructions, both verbal and written, were clear and easy to follow. Pain levels experienced were lower and shorter than expected and easily controlled.

As a dental professional I have referred patients to this office for many years. Suddenly I was in need of emergency treatment and knew right where to turn. I was seen promptly and given excellent treatment. They were kind, efficient, professional and caring. My overall experience was very satisfying. Dr. James Strauss was wonderful and the staff very easy to talk to. Although I was given a prescription for pain meds at the time of my two teeth extractions, I never had need to open the bottle then or when the implants were put in.
