Dr Strauss and his exceptional professional, courteous, and kind office staff are to be commended and if 5 stars are the highest rating should be awarded at least 6. The staff is a great amenity to a visit to this office. I honestly have difficulty offering suggestions for improvement

Dr. Haspel was recommended after it was determined that a root canal was not going to work. In June my wife and I went to see Dr. Haspel for the first time consultation. Everything went much better than we anticipated. His staff, starting with Ms. Kelley, was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. During the first meeting with Dr. Haspel he made sure to explain things in plain English, so that my wife and I understood everything. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. He even gave us options, to let us know there was more than one way to resolve my mouth issue. Ms. Kelley did a wonderful job getting the financial side of the process figured out, especially when the financial side is not always the easiest to deal with. Any time she needed to call back to give me additional information, it was always a quick turn-around time. The day of surgery in mid-August went better than we expected. From the moment we walked into the office we were treated great. Dr. Haspel’s staff was cordial, pleasant, and helpful and reassuring us that everything was going to be fine. I was in the care of the BEST. Inside the surgical room, Dr. Haspel and his nurses were awesome even apologetic while looking for my veins. My surgery went extremely well. No pain, just a little discomfort; very mild swelling and bleeding after the procedure was done. The healing currently continues, much better than we anticipated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Haspel and his staff for all that they have done for our family. Considering the amazing treatment I have had so far, I don’t see anything that could be or needs to be improved. Keep up the great work!

xcellent, top class, facial and dental implant surgeons. Both my wife and I have had successful procedures (and in my case a complicated nasal lift was required to acommodate the implant post) done by Dr Sandy Strauss and, for my wife, his son Dr James Strauss. There is nothing that you can do to improve in my eyes. You were all working with walk-in emergencies at the time of my son's surgery. I appreciate that you offer this in the event we ever need you.

Dr. Sorrell Strauss extracted a molar from my upper jaw that had several cracks and an infection between the roots. I had absolutely no pain and took no pain relievers the afternoon of the surgery or the days after. I was totally surprised with this, and no bleeding! Excellent work!!!

I'M A 74 YEAR OLD WHO REMEMBERS DENTISTS WHO USED FOOT PEDALS TO POWER THEIR EQUIPMENT. THEY HAD NO PERSONALITY AND TERRIFIED YOUNGSTERS AND ADULTS ALIKE. LET ME TELL YOU TIMES HAVE CHANGED. DR. KALTMAN IMMEDIATELY PUT ME AT EASE WITH HIS WONDERFUL DEMEANOR AND PROFESSIONALISM. I FELT AT HOME AND COMFORTABLE DURING MY MULTIPLE EXTRACTIONS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS STAFF.

No improvement necessary. Was very satisfied with my consult and surgery. Had my upper wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and feel better than I expected today. Dr Haspel was wonderful.
