Dr Kate is Amazing, she not only followed up on me but called me over the weekend twice! The GREAT customer service that this office provided me is an example of what old fashioned customer service is all about and how it should be perfomed. I applaude Dr. Kate and all of the Port St. Lucie office personnel for being the best dental office I have every been to. I had extensive lower jaw tori that had almost grown together and had begun irritating my tongue and the saliva glands under my tongue. As recommended by my primary care dentist, I saw Dr. Sorrell Strauss who explained to my wife and me what corrective surgery would be required. After spending time with him and his staff in this planning session I felt confident in having him do the surgery and I scheduled it to be done at my convenience. After the surgery, which I believe was expertly done, I had appropriate follow-up appointments. My recovery was complete, and the outcome was what I expected. I found Dr. Sorrel Strauss to be a very personable and competent physician, and I highly recommend him and his support staff for any services that they provide.

Your office staff and dr sorrel Strauss was wonderful. I just had a tooth removed and the dr and Stacy and staff made it all easy and pleasant. I will recommend these offices to all my friends and family. I will be going back when ready for my implant
